Foundation callsign holders or anyone entering for the Standard level can enrol

Requirements
Participants will be required to have a PC with camera and microphone, a reliable internet connection and updated browser and a modern scientific calculator.
It is not necessary for participants to have the Zoom installed on your PC, link will be provided.

“Radio Theory Handbook for Amateur Operators” by Fred Swainston or “Radio Theory Handbook – Beginner to Advanced” by Ron Bertrand (Available from the Wireless Institute of Australia)

Pre-Requisite
A general technical background or tertiary qualification would be preferred. Access to modern test equipment and a range of amateur radio equipment will be an advantage.
Delivery platform will via Zoom originating from Peter’s Hamshack/Workshop.

Assessment
An assessment service is offered conducted under the guidelines from the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA)
